Business Analyst contractLocation: MiddlesexRate: £350 - £450Start Date: ASAPLength: 3 Months with the view to extend for another potential 6 Months I'm working with one of our key clients who have an opening for a Dynamics CRM business analyst to support new and existing business systems. The project is an upgrade and implementation of Dynamics 365 for all of the business users. The contract will be an initial 3 months with the high probability of an extension.Key AccountabilitiesBeing an expert in the sales processBeing the interface between the business, technical teams and third party vendorGathering and analysing business requirementsEstablishes effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholdersIs an advocate for how CRM and adopting new ways of working can benefit the usersPrepares materials for and facilitates workshops across business units and project work streamsSkillsDynamics CRM 2013 - Dynamics 365 knowledge and experience - ESSENTIALDevelopment and implementation of new customer- facing servicesProject management and coordinationBeing involved in significant business change including staffing, cultural, financial, transactional, IT and overall performance implicationsCan work well under pressure Technical Skills (Advantageous) Business change tools i.e. BPMN, UML/Use Cases, SWOT analysis, Five Why's, Lean Six SigmaVisioLMS (learning management system)Microsoft Project
