A global manufacturing company are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Oxfordshire. Are you confident with lean manufacturing principles? Competent in driving key problem solving activities within a manufacturing environment? And confident in a hands on environment? If so, then you may be the Engineer we're looking for.What will you be doing? As the sole Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting existing platforms and actively driving improvements for manufacturing processes and quality output. You'll have the ability to maintain, analyse and communicate key manufacturing activities. What skills/experience should you have? Minimum 2 years' experience of working in a manufacturing environmentDelivered key lean manufacturing principles- (5s, Kanban, kaizen, SMED)Problem solving ability Who will you be working for?
