Windows Support Engineer - 150-200 per day - 6-9 months

Global manufacturer with presence in over 40 countries, based on the outskirts of Southampton, is looking to recruit an Operations Engineer, to provide IT support to end users for hardware and software related issues. You will be responsible for resolving all incidents and requests within the agreed SLA.

Windows desktop environment, including Windows 7 and Windows 10

Role Overview

As the successful Support Engineer, you will be responsible for following the service desk management process, ensuring all incidents and requests are escalated from the service desk are updated and resolved.

We are looking for someone, who has excellent customer management skills and the ability to collaborate with other IT teams effectively.

Contract rate: 150-200 per day
