£25K - £35K + Benefits

My client, a highly successful business based in Barnsley is seeking an MI Developer to join their growing IT Team.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the MI Delivery function that develops, designs and delivers management information to internal and external customers.

It is imperative that you have worked in a similar post and have a good understanding of MI and Data reporting and gathering MI. You will also need to have excellent customer care skills to support internal users.

It is essential that you have an excellent attention to detail and are capable working independently, as well as part of a team. Technical training and support will be given on an ongoing basis to allow for personal development and professional growth.

Although the role is for an MI Developer you will also be part of a wider IT team, so you would be expected to contribute to general IT tasks on occasion.

Key Skills;

*Crystal Reports 2013/SQL Server 2008

*Excel 2007

*Business Objects BI Platform 4.1

The ideal candidate will be an MI Developer with good knowledge of Crystal reports development using SQL Server, including; Tables, Stored Procedures, Views and Commands.

Although not essential, but highly desirable would be knowledge and experience with Excel, using external data connections, MS-Query and pivot tables would be a huge bonus as would any knowledge of Crystal Server, Dashboard Developments and Business Objects Universe Design.
