IT Infrastrucutre Engineer based in Doncaster with a salary up to £28,000 + Benefits. The largest manufacturer in the UK, and among the ten largest manufacturers in Europe, of plastic piping systems for the residential, commercial, civils and infrastructure sectors by revenue. It is also a leading designer and manufacturer of energy efficient ventilation systems in the UK. This role sits in the Technical Infrastructure Team, which is responsible for managing the group's IT and communications systems infrastructure.The IT Infrastructure Engineer role is responsible for providing technical infrastructure knowledge and capability within the IS department.The role involves 2nd line service support for the development and management.Supporting the continued development and support of the company's IT and communications systems infrastructure, including network servers, PCs, desktop applications, operating systems and the telephone systemInstalling, maintaining and supporting IT equipment, including (but not restricted to) laptops, telecoms equipment, printers, scanners, thin clients and workstations.Techs used;Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Office 2010 + Windows Operating Systems PowerShell Citrix Exchange Active DirectorySalary up to £28,000 with quick progression offered.
