Salary: £30,000 per annum
Were looking for fresh and dynamic consultants who are not only geography savvy, GDS competent but also has fantastic customer service to join us, our clients are global and growing .
If you are keen to step from leisure travel / airline to business travel or currently working as a business travel consultant and looking for the right company to progress with - this could be the chance you have been looking for.
You will need to be used to booking flights on GDS Galileo with an ability look after the clients need from beginning to end to ensure top service.
Its a fast paced environment so a knack for managing priorities is needed, but in return, you will be getting an excellent salary with fantastic progression opportunity. You dont want to miss out on this!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Taking enquiries over the phone and via email from business travellers.
* Managing multiple accounts and understanding individual contracts
* Working to Service Level Agreements for each corporate clients.
* Booking a variety of travel requirements from UK hotels & trains, right through to worldwide flights & organising visas via GDS.
* Working quickly and efficiently as an individual as well as in the team on own initiative.
* Working with negotiated and contracted airfares.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Good GDS experience (Our GDS is Galileo But welcome Amadeus,Sabre or Worldspan users) from leisure/Business travel.
