Job Title:Treasury Assistant

Requirement Description

*Booking of all payments

*Clearing the suspense bank accounts

*Clearing all the accounts receivables accounts

*Setting up the cash planning on a weekly basis for the whole agency

*Preparing all payment batches which need to paid on a weekly basis

*Put in the foreign exchanges into the CNAFS and CFS system

*Book the bank costs

*Setting up the reconciliations on a monthly basis between the system and the bank statement

*Preparing the payroll batches to be paid

*Send all different batches to the ISABLE system

*POC with the bank and the business for payments are receiving

Skills and Experience

Min Bachelor in accountancy and taxes, Min of 5 years of experiences in finance, knowledge of Oracle (CNAFS) is required

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
