Their Tax & Accounting business is the leading provider of technology and information solutions, as well as integrated tax compliance software and services to accounting, tax and corporate finance professionals.They are seeking a IT Support Analyst o join the team who will be responsible for providing customer support and technical assistance to their clients in an effective and timely manner.Responsibilities:Concisely and accurately log support request information, paying particular attention to problem description, resolution, user reaction and follow up action.Identify causes of and solve problems for customers within acceptable time standardsRespond to enquiries from customers in relation to the installation, functionality and performance of supported products either verbally by telephone or in writing by emailTake full accountability for customer enquiries and either respond personally or escalate to appropriate team and ensure that a response is provided and given to the customer in a timely manner Experience required:Excellent customer service/people skillsProfessional German language skillsExperience working in a customer support/customer facing role - either over the phone of helpdesk environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal - particularly over the telephoneGood basic software skills.Highly motivated and eager to learnTeam player and able to engage with internal stakeholdersEducated to degree level (or equivalent).
