Our client is looking for an experienced Analog IC Design Manager to form a new Analog IC Design team within their emerging UK branch, based in Reading.

This is a chance to join a new 'start-up' style team as part of an already very established, successful organisation which has been in operation for over a decade.

This is a technical leadership role and in this position you will be working on developing Analog blocks from specification to schematic and will lead complex block designs in various Analog IC Design techniques as well as providing direction and technical guidance to the Analog IC Design team. You will also be involved in building up the new team with regards to interviewing and technically assessing new members.

The successful Analog IC Design Manager will have significant design experience with experience of leading and mentoring other designers. Analog IC Design experience in CMOS technology is required in some or all of the following; Op-amps, switched-capacitor filters, reference/bias generation, power management blocks, LDOs, ADCs and DACs and/or High Voltage. Experience in sub 40nm process is an advantage.
