Field Support Engineer / Windows Systems Engineer (MCSE 2012 Networking TCP/IP). Microsoft Gold Partner is seeking a highly technical Field Support Engineer to join a team responsible for supporting clients based in and around South West London / Surrey, typical customers are SMEs up to 100 users.

As a Microsoft Field Support Engineer you will provide on-site installation and support of new Microsoft based infrastructures (servers / networks) and assist other engineers with telecoms installations. You'll be liaising with client stakeholders and acting as the technical expert onsite, regularly visiting clients to ensure networks are running smoothly and providing a point of contact. The role offers a wide variety of work with a range of technical challenges.

Offices based in Epsom, Surrey with parking available. Friendly, team environment.

Requirements:

*Up to date, relevant Microsoft Certification - MCSE / MCSA

*Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies including: Microsoft Server (2008-2012); Microsoft Windows (XP-8.1); Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013; Microsoft Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services; Virtualisation (Preferably Hyper-V); Networking infrastructure, LAN & WAN technologies; TCP/IP; Firewalls/Routers

*Valid, clean UK driving license

*Excellent communication skills, able to build strong working relationships with client stake holders
