Business Analyst File Share - Active Directory - GDPR - InsuranceOur leading Insurance client based in London require an experienced and articulate BA to join their team who are undergoing a large GDPR Programme. Due to an recent integration project this has increased the workload of the existing BA team and has lead to this additional requirement.Skills required:

'€¢Experience working as a Business Analyst preferably in the Insurance Industry;'€¢Excellent written and verbal communication skills;'€¢Understands complexity and drives consensus for a future state that meets the business problem;'€¢Experience of documenting As Is and To Be process flows in Visio;'€¢Relationship Management: Facilitates resolution of conflicting requirements and builds strong working relationships with stakeholders;'€¢Ability to present information in an influencing manner to leadership and business stakeholders;'€¢Strong planning and organizational skills including the ability to utilize effective time management to meet deadlines;'€¢Ability to multi task and be detailed oriented;'€¢Interpersonal skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a project team.'€¢Varonis (or similar) system experience'€¢Understanding of Active Directory and how it affects file share access
