IT Service, Change & Release Manager
A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced IT Service, Change & Release Manager to join an instantly recognisable charity based in Vauxhall, Central London. This is a very exciting time to join the charity as they embark on an IT transformation which you will play a major role within. The IT Service, Change & Release Manager will be planning & controlling rollouts across the charity managing the SDLC from development to test to production.
The IT Service, Change & Release Manager will have the overall responsibility for the transition of IT Services between each stage of its Lifecyle working across multiple teams across the charity. This is business critical project in which you will have a real say over the direction this charity takes across its multiple services. Working for a charity of this scale you will have the chance to utilise its flexi working policies including working from home, 35-hour weeks and flexi start / finish times.
Skills required for the IT Service, Change & Release Manager are:
- Strong IT Service Transition / Service Delivery process design skills
- Ability to communicate with technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Proven knowledge in ITIL
- Strong leadership skills

Salary: £43,500 + Excellent benefits
