Spring Technology is currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our client in Birmingham on an initial 6 month contract. If you feel as though you can provide an expert occupational health service to our client, in all business areas, to improve the function in line with the employee's needs, then this would be an ideal opportunity for you to secure a potentially long term contract.

Our client is looking for you to join them in their Occupational Health and Wellbeing function, to help deliver an effective service within company objectives. You will be working on implementing an evidence based case management process, to help advise on and support increasing attendance, with continuous improvement in mind. Working alongside HR, you will be delivering a nurse led service, supporting in the design of health processes, taking into account industry standards and business legal frameworks.

Skills:

*Experience of OH&W work, with a proven background in helping implementing effective OH services

*Occupational health qualification (Degree or Diploma)

*Ability to undertake DSE and work-based assessments

*Ability to deliver a nurse led service for short and long term sick

*Strong understanding of social health and wellbeing issues

*Support in the design of health processes using industry standards and best practice
