TPG has allowed for rapid growth and expansion, as a result, we are recruiting for Team Leader's to join our office in London.As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment consultants with varying experience levels including trainee and senior consultants. You will expected to mentor them towards achieving their targets as well as their promotion aspirations. It is also necessary that you continue to bill personally to set good examples to your team by generating at least 2 personal deals per month.Reporting to:You will most likely report to a Manager, Business Manager or Senior Manager/Vice President.Area of ResponsibilityYou will be expected to be a brand ambassador internally for your teams and externally for FRG. You will demonstrate best practice recruitment and leadership behaviours at all times by representing yourself as a credible, professional, industry expert. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for making sure your team are doing the same so that the teams productivity and KPI targets are met on a monthly basis. You will then be responsible for delivering these targets in your Monthly Business Review.What the role entails:Business developmentCandidate managementClient and job managementLeading a team & recruiting new members to joinReporting & reviewing teams performanceManaging internal systems and external processesThe TeamThe role involves consistently demonstrating best practice recruitment and leadership behaviours in line with FRG expectations. You will also be involved in the recruitment and induction of new starts following FRG guidelines and have the opportunity to train, coach and mentor team members. A Team Leader position must create and promote a customer centric, results focused, collaborative team culture to ensure other recruitment consultants work well both individually and as part of a team.How To ProgressYou will be given monthly feedback on your performance from your manager during your MBR.
