In return, the organisation are offering the opportunity to work in an agile, technology focused environment accompanied by the benefits of being part of such a large organisation.As a Java developer with us you will undertake development activities in TDD, BDD and Scrum, or other Agile practices. You will be responsible for coding, building, testing and maintenance of software systems, and subject to experience coaching other more junior developers. To be considered for this role you must hold, or be eligible to hold, the appropriate level of UK Security clearance. Due to the nature of client facing, you should be prepared to travel UK wide to client sites if required. Requirements for this role:Java 7/8 - A strong background in Java and core open source technologies and frameworks. Along with experience of building scalable, resilient and secured applications.
