Junior Java Developer York.

Java /J2EE /Junior /Developer /York / to £3OK

My client a market leading software house based in York is looking to hire a junior/ mid level Java developer ideally with a minimum of 1 years commercial experience in Java developer to join their them. This newly created role will see you working in an existing development team of Java developers.

This role will see you:

*Developing code to implement designs

*Working in a developer team that develops wider systems

*Working with the latest Java development tools to create robust and scalable software solutions.

*Working in an Agile environment

To be successful in this role you should have at least 1 years experience in systems and / or software development either during a placement year or after university or apprenticeship. Have very strong mathematics skill and have experience provisioning IT systems and environments as wells have a broad knowledge of development tools .

Technically you should have experience ( ideally commercially) in the following:

*Java /J2EE ( including AJAX frameworks) (DWR useful), Spring, JavaScript / HTML / CSS/ (Jquery, Angular or Bootstrap)

*Database interfacing (Oracle , Postgres or PL/SQL_

*Experience working in either an Agile or Waterfall environment.

In return for your skills, my client based in York is looking to pay up to £30,000 dependant on experience plus on site parking, flexitime, healthcare, pension and much much more!
