RoleLeading the industry transformationDriving change and practice excellent software management disciplines to deliver innovative and challenging projects to enable ACES strategy (Autonomy, Connectivity, Electrification and Sharing).Define and deliver embedded applications, products and servicesWorking closely with the development team to define the product and ensure successful delivery in an agile mannerWork directly with key stakeholders and third-party vendorsManaging project risks and blockersEnsure all prerequisites are in place for the scrum team to execute projects as smoothly as possible

SkillsExperience of leading software teamsPracticed deployment of project management methodologies to software projects utilising agile approachesExperience in planning, execution and delivery of software deliverables to meet specified requirementsExperience in product ownershipScrum master in embedded environmentStrong communicatorKnowledge or experience of developing embedded application software (within C/Linux)
