Juniper Engineer - Solihull - 6 Months

We require an experienced Juniper Engineer to join a small team of highly skilled engineers based in Solihull to manage and support the new Juniper Core Network (MCN) WAN estate.

The daily duties will include a mixture of general support project/implementation work.

Role PurposeYou will provide varied and complex technical support activities as part of service delivery provision and/or projects deployment, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.You will work with no supervision and is a knowledge leader with depth of specialization across a wide range of systems.You'll support less experienced members of the team and wider function in maintaining the availability of the IT service delivered to end users. May supervise other members of the team and act as team manager if needed.

Skills Required

Support and management of:-Juniper MX and SRX series devicesQualified to JNCIA/JNCIP/JNCIS levels to fulfil project driven deliverables.
