Java Application Support Analyst

Long-Term Open-Ended Contract (12+ Months)

As an established and trusted recruitment partner to this prestigious global organisation serving over 60 countries worldwide, we have been asked to assist with the recruitment of an established Application Support Engineer specialising in Java applications.

Technical Environment: Java, JavaServer Pages, Java Database Connectivity, Java Servlets, Struts Framework, My Eclipse, NetBeans, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat Server, Eclipse, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX with SQL / Oracle Database.

Key Skills / Requirements / Responsibilities

*5+ Years of Application Support / Development Experience in Java

*Experience working on Vendor Products / Vendor Applications Beneficial

*Co-ordinate with vendor for product customisation, bug fixes and product implementation

*Able to analyse incidents and provide resolutions

*SDLC Experience (Designing and Testing Customisations / Bug Fixes)

*Support Vendor applications and deploy product patches / upgrades / migrations

*Flexible to work on-call and after office hours when required

*Ability to support multiple applications

*Experience in the abovementioned technologies
