The Capital Lab is a dynamic, forward thinking enduring set of team that delivers change to the solutions that support the end to end process of calculating and reporting Lloyds Banking Group's Capital position.

The wide-ranging products delivered and supported by the Capital Lab include complex vendor applications performing capital calculations, through to large data repositories and regulatory reporting tools.

Together, the team and these products ensure that LBG satisfies existing capital regulations and on a robust and sustainable basis and thus is well prepared for the challenges of future regulatory change.

The Lab sits within the Risk Value Stream which has responsibility for supporting and delivering products that keep the bank and its customers safe. The Risk Value Stream is moving from a project-based approach to change to an Agile approach and to support this teams and individuals are being trained in the new ways of working and have great opportunities to build the combination of knowledge and skills required to develop your career.

As the Regulatory Reporting Disclosures team Product Owner within the Capital Lab, You'll be responsible for ensuring the group has the capability to deliver the steady stream of mandatory new reports to the Regulators

We'll be specifically looking for these skills on your CV:

Previous experience working as a Product Owner

Proven experience in strategic and large transformations

Significant knowledge of delivering Regulatory Reporting solutions e.g. COREP and Pillar 3 reporting

 

What else could you bring with you?

Evidence of being a passionate advocate of Agile approaches able to articular the benefits to your team and customers and broadly share your knowledge

Experience of producing Regulatory Reporting solutions e.g. COREP, FINREP or Pillar 3 reporting or an Accounting Qualification

Experience of influencing alignment up and down the organisation - able to explain prioritisation decisions in releases

Experience of crafting a phenomenal team environment that attracts and retains talent
