What you'll love about working on the global SAP S/4 HANA (with C/4 HANA) system implementation at A-Gas
You'll join us right at the start of the explore and design phase of our SAP journey to bring all operational aspects of HR, Finance, Operations and Sales and Service together in one common platform.
You'll be at the heart of the project to define the Data Strategy and Data Migration process and ensure the successful transfer of cleansed data objects from legacy system to S/4 HANA.
You'll lead the Data Migration Strategy and prepare us for on-going Data Governance.
So, this means that you'll be providing immediate expertise on how we set our SAP data approach, facilitate data cleansing and establish how much data is going to be needed for SAP.
Time is of the essence. South Africa in January 2020 is phase one of our global implementation.
You'll also work with our implementation partner and stakeholders across our global team spanning America, Australia, Europe and Asia.
You'll improve the way our people spend their working days. On a global-scale.

Requirements
Who you are
You've had recent experience of creating data migration strategy for a SAP implementation or upgrade project.
You've presented and sold the benefits of new ways of working to a range of stakeholders and are systematic in your approach.
You've handled high volume data covering multi-country sources and led data migration process design in collaboration with a broader project team.
You have an understanding of the chemical, manufacturing and/or utility industry.
You're experienced in project and/or change management with strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
