Programme Manager

Speke, Liverpool

£70000 - £80000 per annum

Joining a successful customer experience transformation specialist you will be working on a large scale customer service and contact centre transformation. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and a demonstrable background in delivering change within complex environments.

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

* Oversight of portfolio of change across the business operations supporting the client

* Management of core governance and reporting processes

* Knowledge and experience of both technology roll out and small and large scale service/operations transitions work

* Working across complex stakeholder groups, client, 3rd party IT etc

* Clear evidence of both strategic contribution and scale delivery
