We've embraced a hybrid cloud strategy - using a combination of vendors and cloud platforms allowing us to contend in a world of open banking, increased artificial intelligence and improved fraud detection. We're transforming the products and services we offer and Cloud technology supports these initiatives by letting us manipulate and access the required data in real time. Underpinning this move is a specialist team within Cloud Technology Services currently aligned to our Private Cloud (and some non-Cloud services) provider who monitor some 80 key service metrics. They also ensure the invoices received from the 70+ accessible services and technology stacks are accurate and reflect true business usage. Want to know more?

As one of our Cloud Performance and Invoice Analysts you'd be in a position that spans IT Service and Finance in what is an eco-system of service partners.

You'd work within this dedicated team to monitor the service metrics (key performance indicators, service MI, SLAs etc.) by performing trend analysis, identifying hotspots and presenting your findings to the Performance Management team.

You'd follow our well documented processes to ensure monthly financial reporting on usage is completed on time and to a professional standard.

You'd analyse various commercial and invoice items providing insight, feedback and challenge as appropriate then ensure timely payment and/or track recoveries.

You'll work with various businesses and senior business managers to understand, challenge, verify and reconcile usage/invoicing discrepancies.

And you'll assist with Requests For Services - ensuring that projects looking to access the services have the right approvals and technical requirements.

You'll be joining a team that is growing and has a huge potential to grow further as we expand our Cloud offerings to Group.

Could you help us make it possible? It's a role that will require you to have an eye for both details and numbers, as well as the ability to follow processes (and make improvement recommendations). You'll need possess the attitude and professional interpersonal skills to work across the business to resolve problems. So what about you?

Ideally you'll have experience within a Finance function facing into IT Service provision - forecasting, budgeting, reporting etc.

Similarly you might have a background in Service provision with a good appreciation of these financial aspects.

Regardless you'll possess strong MI production skills, spreadsheet and analysis skills and ideally have a knowledge of strategic reporting tools.

Preferably you'd also have knowledge of vendor service level & performance management in a service delivery environment

We'll be assessing your supplier/internal customer management skills so these should be really polished.

And we'd be looking for your ability to collaborate across internal and external teams to deliver effective services
