Skype Engineer - Unified Communications / Skype / Cisco - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced UC Engineer to join our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:Expertise in the area of Microsoft Unified Communication products such as Skype for Business, complemented by 3rd party product integration's and AudioCodes gatewaysKnowledge of Cisco Unified Communications productsExcellent troubleshooting and monitoring skills like analysing issues and problems and ability to recognise alternative solutions and consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendationsAbility to understand the marketplace of services and products as well as competence of translating requirements into solutions and to deliver themCapability to interact with internal and external people and other business owners on an interpersonal levelExperience in working in an agile environment and with Scrum is advantageousLanguages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plusYour tasks:Focusing and contributing as part of a Scrum team on the sprint delivery goalsCreating and designing solutions that meet the company's security and networking standardsOffering 3rd level technical consultancy services for internal colleagues and external service providersOptimising the existing environment by evaluating and developing new technologies, products and concepts as well as conducting PoCs and lab testingsProviding roadmaps and product portfolios in compliance with handling non-standard requestsDeveloping approaches to application readiness support and participating in company internal knowledge sharing sessionsStart: ASAPDuration: 07MM+Location: Zurich, SwitzerlandRef.Nr.: BH14214Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
