SAP B1 Support / Super User

I currently have a need for one of my best clients. We need someone who can provide functional help desk support to SAP B1 end users. This would be someone who can logically review issues, for example:a) Customer hasn't been sent a product. They were invoiced but it wasn't included on the delivery note. A credit note has not been generated, why not?b) A request for an EDI invoice to be resent hasn't been completed.Effectively we need someone with the ability to investigate issues within SAP (not necessarily develop or make changes) is what my client is looking for. Almost super user with experience of creating queries.The location is Surrey / Hampshire, with good flexibility on remote working. Knowing this client well, there is scope for a additional support here, as they have a clear roadmap with a view to moving onto S/4 HANA in the near future. I currently have 2-3 contractors busy on this project.Contract: 3 Months initial Location: Surrey / Hampshire Rate: Competitive Due to the nature of this role you MUST be able to live and work in the UK/EU by either holding a valid UK/EU working visa or be eligible to do so by other qualifying means as my client is unable to sponsor any work permits. The salary and benefits on offer are completely dependent upon experience.
