£40,000 - £45,000 + Car + Training + Progression + Pension + Benefits
Are you experienced in dealing with PFI contracts?

The company specialise in Facilities Management Services, working in a range of industries such as Education, Leisure and the Local Government and having won several new long term contracts they are looking to expand their team. They offer a tailored solution to each client and are known to train motivated individuals into competent industry professionals.
The role itself involves primarily dealing with PFI (Private Finance Initiative) contracts. You will deal and understand all penalties involved with the contracts and understand whether they have passed or failed. You will also produce annual budgets and assess performance related to these, deal directly with clients, manage insurance provision and support proposals and bid tender activity.
