Our client is the looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join their small retail eam and play a key role in their Online development. As their E-Commerce Specialist you will not only manage the day to day operations, but you will also lead on further developing and executing our eCommerce strategy. You must therefore be a positive and enthusiastic leader who can work with a clear result focus, motivating a small team to deliver the overall business objectives. The candidate will have excellent knowledge of how platforms like eBay work to push sales. This is a hands-on role with management responsibilities.The right candidate will have:Strong leadership skills with a passion to succeedDemonstrable eCommerce trading/online experience in a retail environmentAbility to analyse sales/channel performance to deliver optimum profitabilityStrong IT Skills and be proficient in MS Word and ExcelExcellent communication and inter-personal skills to build relationships skillsThe ability to write compelling and consistent copyA creative approach for visual merchandising to maximise selling opportunitiesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailThis great role for eth right person to really development our client's online presents.
