The design team will be part of Group Transformation within one of the RICE transformation areas (Retail, Insurance, Commercial, and Enterprise) and will be responsible for ensuring the design of all customer journeys and connections is human centred, working with cross-functional transformation teams to translate our Design team's vision into deliverable stories and actions.

The Interaction Designer works closely with the Design Lead in a Transformation Value Stream to deliver human-centric outcomes and simplified experiences for users.

 

What would you get involved with?

You will work within a multidisciplinary team of designers covering all capabilities that enable the Value Stream to deliver beautiful, engaging, and thoughtful outcomes for our customers.

 

The design team will be part of Group Transformation within one of the RICE transformation areas (Retail, Insurance, Commercial, and Enterprise) and will be responsible for ensuring the design of all customer journeys and connections is human centred, working with cross-functional transformation teams to translate our Design team's vision into deliverable stories and actions.

 

About you...

*Ensuring that the interaction experience meets the exact needs of the customer in a simple and elegant way, engaging the customer throughout the experience

*Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the usability, ease of use, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the customer and the product

*Engaging with an agile process, understanding epics and associated stories and providing design insight and input into the process

*Participating in the promotion and upkeep of design standards/systems across our design work

Helping to change how colleagues think about problem solving using thoughtful and empathetic design techniques
