People Source Consulting are delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with a very exciting digital tech start-up based in one of Bristol's innovative tech centres where you will get to rub shoulders with some of the brightest minds in South West!A specialist in delivering bespoke digital solutions to their portfolio of clients in the healthcare arena, large and small, our client is looking to continue their steady growth with a UI Designer to create great visuals designs of applications which our experienced developers can implement. The successful UI Designer will have the experience and ability to create great user experiences, design user journeys which are fresh, clear and compelling for mobile apps, web screens and other digital platforms, working closely with the customer to understand the user point of view and the value a solution is seeking to provide.Skills and experience required;Experienced UI Designer Experience with a popular wireframing and mockup tool. They use Mockplus but would consider other alternatives.Knowledge of design patterns, particularly for web and mobile appsThe ability to create visually attractive and compelling screen designsSome understanding of the psychology of user interaction design would be beneficialPrevious experience of working closely with the customer, reviewing work and applying feedbackAbility to build, incorporate and reuse design patterns to exploit best practice and drive efficiencyWork alongside developers to help them implement your designsIf you are a UI Designer, with the experience required, and the desire to work with like-minded, progressive minds, please reply with a copy of your CV and portfolio for immediate consideration.
