We are looking for a talented software enthusiast with a .Net background who is a real people's person and who loves to mentor, lead and or support the people around them, and who gets a kick out of watching people blossom and grow with thanks to their help. You may already be a team lead and you're just looking for your next challenge, or maybe you are a senior developer who knows this is where their career is heading. Either way, you need to grab this opportunity with both hands.
The role will be predominately hands on (coding) 70%-80% of the time, so there will be plenty of opportunities to keep your hand in and ensure your coding skills don't go to waste.
By the way, we are also looking for developers too, so if you're not quite ready for, or interested in leading a team, still get in touch!! Developers of all levels will be considered!
