Quality Manager

£35,000 - £45,000 + Company Bonus + Private Pension + Private Medical Cover + 33 Days Holiday + Great Working Hours

Are you a Quality Manager from a manufacturing background looking to join an innovative and industry leading company where you will play a key role in their success?

This would suit a Quality Manager ideally from a Plastics background but other manufacturing backgrounds are considered.

The Role:

- Ensuring the products shipped to customers meet expectations through effective management of the Quality Team

- Manage quality concerns from cradle to grave

- Accountability for and implementation and continuous improvement of procedures

- Excellent working hours in a Monday to Friday role

The Person:

- Quality Management experience within a Manufacturing background - Plastics experience desirable

- Understanding of process improvement tools (e.g. 8D, SixSigma), and experience of implementing these
