ShortList Recruitment are looking for a Lead Developer to join a fantastic, forward-thinking software company based in Chester.

You will be expanding the product development team and lead a group of 2-3 developers, reporting in to the Development Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Developer in a growing team, working with the latest technologies.

As the Lead Developer the successful candidate will take a hands-on approach in designing, developing and delivering client requirements while also acting as a technical lead and mentor to the other members of the team.
