Technical Support Manager / Service Desk Lead

We have been directly asked by this leading Healthcare Authority to assist in the recruitment of a Technical Support Manager / Service Desk Lead to join the London team. As the technical lead, you will be responsible for managing the service desk team consisting of 3 support/systems analysts. You will have experience of running a small service delivery team with a network of circa 300 users and 90 servers, plus numerous applications (Office/Outlook).

Role Overview
As the Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading the service desk team, ensuring a consistent and strong technical support function is maintained and delivered to the users. You will also be tasked with ongoing support and coaching of your team members and lead and implement new technical projects as required. A requirement to work and manage a shift pattern to cover core hours of support between 8 am and 6 pm will be required.
Salary: to £55K
