The Role  
 
**This role required candidates to go through the highest level of security clearance you can get; DV Clearance. As such we are extremely limited in the details, we are able to release regarding the role. More information is available at latter stages of the process. **
 
This role shall provide Core Application support on-site and remotely to deployed sites (PoPs/Nodes) from the CSOC across all security domains within the MLS system
 
Installation, Configuration, development, deployment of all Core Applications in the following areas:
 Incident Management;Service/Change Requests;Problem Management;Configuration Management;Projects, trials, Operations and Exercises;Routine Maintenance, and;Capacity and Demand Management.Applications support, advice and recommendations to design change;Support to the Authority towards its CSI initiatives; through undertaking mentorship and technical knowledge transfer to all MCSU and/or MILSPs, contributing and making suggestions at CSI workshops and producing technical and knowledge transfer documentation.Carrying out root cause analysis where required;Where tasked, liaising with other Resolver Groups and Military Organisations across the MOD and NATO with regard to implementing changes and resolving incidents, problems and defects;Support the weekly SM teleconf providing technical updates and SME advice where required;Providing off-site support to UK and Overseas Exercises as directedEssential Skills
