Working for a Web SaaS, eCommerce start-up providing software developers with an end to end platform to sell software online.Reporting to the CFO the Operations Manager will contribute to Finance and Risk.
With the ability to prioritise your team's workload, negotiate resources, and work in an Agile environment is key for this role.
The ideal candidate -
- You'll be able to project manage the delivery of a solution from end to end, from initial design through to successful implementation.
- Highly commercial, with good understanding of the requirements of a Finance and Risk function in a growing startup
- You have exposure setting up and configuring new tools and systems (e.g. ERPs, Risk Management Tools etc.)
- Exposure developing the IT strategy and redesigning organisation structure and operating model, implementing change and workforce strategy.
- Flagging transactions on websites, looking at inconsistencies, developing systems and making them better - Agile environment
