£25,000 ShortList Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join a hugely ambitious and forward-thinking company that is based near Chester.The Compliance Administrator will be reporting to and working alongside the Data Protection Officer to ensure that the companies data protection and security compliance is adhered to throughout every sector of the business as the business continues to grow and develop.Liaising with every area of the business and working in-line with our culture, you will contribute and assist, in the development and implementation of the most suitable practices and procedures to enhance and maintain security and ensuring compliance within our business.Responsibilities for the Compliance Administrator:Ensuring organisation compliance as a member of the Compliance department, with current and future legal requirements and promoting a culture of data protection across the organisationContribute in creating, developing and reviewing our data protection and information security strategy in line with business needs, contractual obligation and very best practiceAssist in maintaining existing standards with development and progressing our strategy for achieving ISO 27001 and other recognised standardsEffectively communicating the reasons for and importance of our policies, training staff on requirements whilst listening to and accommodating their needs in every department.Performing incident investigations, impact assessments, audits As a Compliance Administrator you will enjoy clearly and sensitively communicating and explaining our data protection and security requirements and why they are necessary. The right Compliance Administrator will have an interest in keeping up to date with legislation and best practice, continuously contributing towards developing our data protection and security strategy.The Compliance Administrator role is offering a salary of £25,000 plus a very impressive benefits package!
