1st Line Support Engineer - We are actively seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a multi-award winning media company based in Watford for an initial 3 months. As the 1st Line Support Engineer you will provide user support for computer, network and server queries.The 1st Line Support Engineer will need to have good Microsoft Server knowledge and able to communicate and manage problems to users. The 1st Line Support Engineer will need to have excellent organisational skills with a passion for emerging technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for the 1st Line Support Engineer to learn and grow their support knowledge.

Key Skills for the 1st Line Support Engineer:Previous experience in 1st Line Support positions, specialising in Windows Server.Commercial experience with Windows 10.Strong attention to detail.Passionate about emerging technology.Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills are vital.
