I have an opportunity for an IT Support Analyst (Covering 1st Line Support & 2nd Line Support) for a globally established content production company in London. They have some of the world's top brands as clients throughout fashion, sport, travel, energy, technology and more! Which is why experience in a creative environment is an absolute necessity to us!
Key Features of this IT Support Analyst;Support and maintenance responsibility for desktops, mobiles, printers & software. Support will also come into AV and video conference equipment in their meeting rooms.Senior It Support analyst will need assistance in maintaining network, server and cloud based systems and services. This will include the New Starter Process.3rd Party liaison with suppliers.Ensuring company's procedures and IT policies are compliant.Create and update user documentation.
Technical Skills Essential to being our IT Support Analyst;Mac OS x to High Sierra also known as 10.3.Microsoft Office from 2016 forward in both Mac & Windows.Experience in Adobe Creative Suite & Cloud.Windows 7 to 10.Desktop hardware upgrades & repairs.iOS Devices. Both iPhone and iPad.Large Format and multi-function network printing.A.V Systems.RIPs (Raster Image Processors)Office 365 administration would be desirable.Google Suite would be desirable.Mobile Device Management would be desirable.FreshService would be desirable.TeamViewer would be desirable.JAMF would be desirable.
