Service Desk Analyst

Rate - up to £250 p/d

The successful candidate must be available to start immediately on 13th May.

As a trusted preferred supplier to this internal law firm, we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of a Senior Service Desk Analyst to act as the second and third line point of contact for all offices within this group's scope. The role will be supporting an international and large scale company and therefore experiences of hands on multisite support will be necessary.

Previous experience of legal sector support or other professional services sector experience will be highly desirable.

Core working hours will be an 8 hour shift between 7am - 11pm on a rotating pattern.

Some weekend and night shifts (worked from home) also required.

Skills / Environment

Service Desk Support

2nd and 3rd line support - troubleshooting, incident resolution and escalation

Management of ticketing and call logs

Compliance with ITIL methodology

Working with other Service Desk Analysts to resolve multisite issues
