Desktop Support Analyst
Desktop Support Analyst urgently required to work on a permanent basis in London. You will be responsible for BAU 2nd Line infrastructure support with excellent knowledge of ITIL Frameworks and excellent troubleshooting skills to rapidly resolve complex desktop, server and network problems.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing desktop support within a corporate environment. Your main duties will include escalation and timely resolution of incidents, problems and requests, IT and Network security, LAN/WAN, smart tech, backup systems, global remote support and support of standard/third party desktop software.
Strong knowledge of Core Desktop Technologies, such as MS Windows 7 Professional, MS Office 365 Pro and Skype For Business, SCCM, MS Active Directory, Remote Tool, Exchange 2008/2010, Mailbox Administration, Citrix, Blackberry Devices/Smartphones/Tablets is required. MCP/MCSE/MCDST qualification would be a distinct advantage.
