Spring Technology's client, an exciting and financially wealthy tech start up in Edinburgh, are currently looking to recruit a talented and experienced Technical Architect who is ideally from a technology background to join their fast growing team.

The client are developing a financial payments app to be used to increase payment security in an online, face to face and peer to peer basis.

With a relaxed but hard-working start up environment you will be working with highly capable colleagues who are likely minded and work with a pioneering attitude.

Technical Architect requirements:

* Strong architectural and technical background with significant experience delivering customer solutions and integrating enterprise applications, as well as autoscaling.

* Ability to understand business requirements and translate these into infrastructure architecture designs and documentation

* Experience of Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift

* Experience in Rules Engines programming methodologies

* Pursue continuous improvements based on lessons learned and industry best practices. All processes include consideration for data integrity and data quality

* An appreciation of a range of architectural styles (Microservices, REST, SOA)

* A working experience of a DevOps environment

* Strong technical knowledge of digital environment including Mobile, Web, Apps, APIs, Messaging, Databases, Big Data, Networks and their Interactions

* A background in micropayments would be desirable
