Technical Architect - Data (SC Cleared), Data Models, data architecture, data dictionaries, configuration, data catalogues, Data Integration, Data Quality, Design, Solution Architect, MS SQL, T-SQL, HTML, .net, Archimate, Cyber Risk, Data Repository, Clearance, Security Cleared,Our Government Defence client based in Wyton are recruiting for an SC Cleared Technical Architect. Take responsibility for managing and updating data models, data architecture, data dictionaries, configuration and reference data catalogues. Work with business leads to identify and document data and reporting requirements. Design and maintain data models and manage data integration, performing data quality analysis and profiling tasks. Track business requirements and ensure that these can be matched from a data perspective. Take ownership of data related design decisions throughout the delivery process, including selection of tools to support data architecture activities. Ensure that data-specific project activities align technically and that the architecture is consistent from a data perspective. Ensure compliance with data related standards and key architectural principles. Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver complex IT projects to tight deadlines.Role ProfileDevelop an over-arching architecture for DART, DIMDb and Pen Test database in accordance with the Tooling Strategy.Assess Data Aggregation issues and the resultant potential for DART OS and S data exchange.Map data processes, in conjunction with the review of Information Flows to be undertaken by the Business Analyst.Determine the nature of a prospective Data Repository and how it links to the feeder systems.Assist in the development of Common Keys.Determine requirements for interface with external systems; e.g. Remedy.Review the current tooling and recommend where alternative functionality might better meet the requirement.Liaise with the Design Authority on Architectural Compliance.Key Skills / ExperienceKnowledge of MS SQL Server, T-SQL, HTML and .net would advantageous. Ideally, the candidate would have prior experience of process mapping and designing system architectures.Working with Government Defence would be useful / or knows how defence operatesIT background with Business AnalystArchimate - knowledge would be very usefulHow they share data - look into and devise strategyCollect requirements into system requirementsLook at tools they are using are appropriate for business needsBusiness requirements and system requirements - looking intoCyber risk- working on
