Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced Senior Helpdesk Support. This is a 6 Month extendable contract based in Hove, East Sussex

Knowledge and Experience:

- In-depth knowledge and experience of managing Help Desk staff in delivering outcomes needed

- In-depth knowledge of Office365 products, particularly Skype, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint

- Expertise in the triage of technical issues/problems/queries from non-technical customers and providing 'plain English' solutions

- Analytical and objective - able to take ownership and manage multiple business customers to ensure effective resolution of Incidents and Problems

- An influencer and facilitator - able to build strong interpersonal relationships, and inform, guide and motivate Service Providers to deliver fully optimised Services in line with Business demand.

- Excellent communication skills - able to explain technology issues that are often complex and obscure to non-specialists.
