Billing Analyst - Telecoms

Spring technology are currently working in partnership with a leading telecommunications company to recruit a billing and data analyst to join their existing thriving team within Hatfield.

Hatfield

£25k - £32k

As a billing and data analyst you will be comfortable working with large and complex data sets and presenting this to senior stakeholders. You will present data and arguments to a variety of audiences and make systematic improvements in terms of the billing processes and reports

Key Responsibilities

*Provide reconciliation with invoices and network data ensuring charges are being managed accurately

*Assist with the creation of new reports using excel or SQL to improve monitoring and decision making

*Identify and fix issues before each monthly billing run

*Analyse data and draw meaningful conclusions to present to stakeholders

*Provide insight into root causes to drive continued improvement within the billing system

You will need

*Strong knowledge and experience across billing environments, specifically on reoccurring / monthly billing scenarios

*Excellent excel skills with an understanding of SQL as desirable

*Excellent experience within data and reporting, utilising data to present meaningful results

*Strong stakeholder management

*Telecoms sector experience is desirable
