The Trade Support Analyst will build close working relationships with our high-profile clients, understanding their workflow requirements and providing high level customer service and support.The Trade Support Analyst has the opportunity to:Expand on Level 1 / 2 support including daily system checks, troubleshooting, onboarding and customer responseBuild close client relationships understanding their business requirements and gain/expand detailed knowledge of our systems (FIX, Linux, shell-scripting)Work alongside development and project teams to devise and deploy custom solutions to real-time issues that arise.You, as the Trade Support Analyst, will work in a technical capacity - being the principal point of contact to clients for support and project specific concerns.
