Our client are on a mission to find a Senior Java Developer who would be interested in joining a young, intelligent, ambitious team in London, building applications that affect thousands of people daily.The Senior Java Developer will:Developing banking applications using Java 8, Kotlin, React (for the frontend)Be handling large volumes of transactional data from some of the biggest retailers and banks in the UK (processed in Microservices)Building infrastructure using Docker and KubernetesWorking on banking API integrationsThe Development team are at the heart of the organisation. The Senior Java Developer will be working with all parts of the business, building the world's first API that tells the consumer exactly what they've bought and how much they've spent. After recently partnering with the likes of Barclays, Monzo and Starling Bank, our client is looking for a Senior Java developer to help them on their mission to revolutionise the banking world.The Senior Java Developer will join a team which operates under a flat hierarchy where all ideas are heard. As our client continue to scale, the Senior Java Developer will see fast progression. The opportunity to build a team and gain real product ownership will be heavily supported.The Senior Java Developer will be allowed to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays which is always great!
