Our client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Process Engineer to be involved in improving production processes to improve targets and yield. The role will involve working on RIE and plasma process areas and ensuring the smooth running of the department. Close cooperation with all other technologies involved in the process flow will also be required.

Required experience for the Process Engineer will be as follows,

-Semiconductor process experience-RIE/Plasma Process knowledge beneficial-Excellent communication skills (German and English mandatory) -Engineering Degree / PhD in Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent
