C# Software Engineer
St Vincent Street, Glasgow
Salary circa £55,000 (flexibility for the right person)

Based in Central Glasgow on St Vincent Street this company are responsible for the creation and roll out of smart metering technology across the UK. The Glasgow office is their head office and they are currently looking to grow their experienced development team by adding one more member.

For whoever joins their is a significant benefits package including;

They are working extensively with a bleeding edge tech stack with a focus on cloud technology utilising technologies such as AWS Lambda, MSMQ, SNS, SQS. They are working with .Net Core 2.1, C# 7 and Visual Studio 2019. A large proportion of the work is at API level working with messages and queues.

This agile development team have incorporated modern software engineering concepts into their approach utilising CI/CD, working to fortnightly sprints and working closely with the Product Owner and Business Analyst.

Cloud experience would be great but a solid grounding in microsoft technologies is the priority.

Future projects the team are going to undertake focus on areas including IoT, AI/ML.
