Senior Telephony Solution EngineerLocation: Munich

Duration: 31.12.2021Jobnr.: 123469For our client an international company near Munich, we are looking for a Telephony Solution Senior Engineer that integrates all pending S1/S2 sites as part of the UNIFY Programs with the corporate standard IP Telephony infrastructure with focus on design, build, test and operational handover responsibilities. Responsibilities:The team maintains and operates the following technical infrastructure which includes:

- Cisco on-premise infrastructure comprising of Call Manager clusters, UCS Servers, CUBE, Voice Mail servers

- There are about locally 150 voice gateways, SIP trunks and ISDN lines

- IPT infrastructure support for Cisco Contact Center

- Comra IPT account management, AndTek platforms for call handling configuration of Manager/Assistant and Receptionist setups, PhoneEx call reportingWorking in project mode the role will be technically responsible for integration of numerous sites into the corporate standard IP Telephony infrastructureThe position requires a good understanding of all IT topics and network security in general. Additionally, the candidate should be prepared to:

- Serve as a technical interface to internal and external costumers

- Ensure system integrity and security needs are followed and maintained in all designs and operations

- Provide technical leadership

- Be an active member of the team as it performs Incident response duties

- Work cross-organization to integrate and deliver new services

Knowledge and hands-on experience in above areas is necessary. The person should be willing to learn, be interested and passionate about collaboration.

Duties will require maintaining operational documentation, including shift-duties. Skills:- University degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience

- 5+ years of experience in the design, build, test, deployment and troubleshooting of telephony solutions based on Cisco technology

- Extensive knowledge and experience with the complete Cisco UC portfolio, ESxi, VCenter, WAN protocols, IPv4, routing protocols, DNS, DHCP, certificate authority, handling of cisco TAC

- Very good experience with Microscopy Active Directory

- Experience with security and networking design concepts

- Competences of technical writing, documentation and project management
