In this varied role you'll coordinate and implement manufacturing expertise including coordinating continuous improvement, defining a process of incoming activity assessment to meet the customer's delivery and quality requirements. You'll be based in a busy manufacturing shop floor managing up to sixty skilled engineers.This position will challenge you on many levels, develop your skills and give you the respect that comes from working for a leading company who are in a phase of rapid expansion. The Role:

*Managing a busy manufacturing shop floor

*Continuous improvements of the manufacturing and production process

*Implementing and managing Lean techniques

*Responsibility for schedule delivery, quality and costThe Person:

*Experience working with precision engineering

*Leading Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Processes

*Experience working in a busy Manufacturing/Production environment
